Small enough that everyone knows everyone
Tanjong Katong opened in 2009 in a quiet corner of the Boscombe Road estate. The surroundings are calm — which turns out to suit creativity and imagination rather well.
It is our most intimate campus, and parents consistently mention the same thing: because it is small, families get to know most of the teachers and most of the other children. The community that builds up around it is a genuine one.
A team of fourteen educators runs the full ShawsPlay curriculum here, with the same hands-on, outdoor, bilingual approach as every other Shaws school.
