Job Responsibilities
- To support the Principal and managers in their role of ensuring excellent service offered to our parents and stakeholders by providing efficient and professional administrative assistance
- To assist the Principal with the day-to-day operational efficiency with the department including coordination of operational and support departments
- Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Be able to generate PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, and reports as assigned
- Ensure the completion of documentation based on the admissions checklist for student records
- Data-entry and maintenance of all student records and documents in accordance with ECDA and other assessment requirements specifically for new joiners
- Effectively manage and handle all administrative duties for the department with regards to enquiries, campus requests, upkeep of CRM, email and phone enquiries
- To offer secretarial support for all facets related to the Managers, Principals and Directors and proper filing systems in both hard copy and soft copy formats
- To assist in procurement related matters for the schools
- Attend school events and other marketing activities as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum “O-Level” or “N-Level” certificate
- 1 to 2 years of working experience preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Organised, details oriented, good communication skills and able to think out of the box for solutions
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Words, Excel and PPT)
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
